Gloucester's new Christmas lights are almost ready


Gloucester's new Christmas lights are finally in the County and almost ready to be switched on. The £70,000 shipment of bespoke illuminations from Slovakia did not arrive in time for the planned ceremony with alternative lights arranged at the eleventh hour.

The lights would now be switched on on at 1815 GMT at the Cross.Thursday, 7 December
