Includes a full event listing with image, 300-word description, booking link and contact details for up to 7 days – all for £35 + VAT.

Our standard package includes essential features to ensure your event gets the attention it deserves, with the option to add upgrades for even greater visibility.

Event Promotion Pricing

£35 + VAT covers event promotion for up to 7 days.

For events running longer than one week, each additional day thereafter is charged at £5 + VAT per day.

Example: a 20-day event would cost £100 + VAT in total.

Charity Rate: We provide a 20% discount for legitimate charities (charity numbers must be provided) – details are below.

Please Note: Before completing the form, only short-duration events (up to one week) are eligible for promotion at the standard rate. Events running for longer than 7 days will be charged at £5 + VAT for each additional day. For longer events or tailored options, please contact us. VAT will be applied to all events unless they are VAT exempt.

STEP 1: Submit Your Event Details

Please complete the form with your event information and upload your image (recommended landscape). Do not fill in using ALL CAPITALS.

STEP 2: Event Proofing & Payment

Once your event is live, we will send an invoice and a direct link to the event listing.
If payment is not made by return, the event listing will be unpublished.
