Heathers the Musical Announces Cast Ahead of Cheltenham Run
Heathers the Musical has announced its full cast ahead of its return to Cheltenham’s Everyman Theatre from Tuesday 3 – Saturday 7 November 2026
Following its summer season in London, the smash-hit musical is heading out across the UK and Ireland, with Gerardine Sacdalan leading the cast as Veronica Sawyer when Westerberg High arrives in Cheltenham this November.

Gerardine Sacdalan Leads the Heathers Cast
Gerardine Sacdalan takes on the role of Veronica Sawyer following her acclaimed performance as Juliet in the UK tour of & Juliet, which earned her a nomination for Best Professional Debut at the WhatsOnStage Awards.
She will be joined by Louis Hearsey (I Was a Teenage She-Devil) as the mysterious Jason ‘J.D’ Dean and Liberty Stottor (Six the Musical) as the formidable Heather Chandler.
Completing the infamous Heathers trio are Jessica Ibadin, making her professional debut as Heather Duke, and Lou Henry (Six the Musical) as Heather McNamara.
The cast also includes Veronica Carabai as Ms Fleming/Veronica’s Mom, Sophie Manners as Martha Dunnstock, Markus Södergren as Kurt Kelly and Beau Jackson as Ram Sweeney.

A Cult Classic Turned Smash-Hit Musical
Based on the iconic 1989 cult film starring Winona Ryder and Christian Slater, Heathers the Musical first premiered in Los Angeles in 2013 before transferring to New York the following year.
The show was reimagined for its London debut in 2018 with new songs and an updated script and has since enjoyed three smash-hit West End runs and three record-breaking UK and Ireland tours.
Heathers the Musical won the 2019 WhatsOnStage Award for Best New Musical and has established itself as a firm fan favourite with its wickedly funny story, memorable characters and infectious score.

Cheltenham audiences can catch Heathers the Musical at the Everyman Theatre Cheltenham from Tuesday 3 – Saturday 7 November 2026.
The production is directed by acclaimed American screen and stage director Andy Fickman, with choreography by Gary Lloyd, design by David Shields, lighting by Ben Cracknell, sound by Dan Samson and musical supervision by Jeremy Wootton and Will Joy.
