The UK’s newest retail destination launches in Gloucestershire
The brand-new Cotswolds Designer Outlet, the only major retail destination opening in the UK in 2025, has now launched its much-anticipated Preview Week. The stunning venue has been carefully designed to showcase everything that makes the region so unique, and this same attention to detail has been applied to the in-store experience, as the Cotswolds Designer Outlet boasts the very latest store concepts, from layout and design through to customer experience and play areas.
The official opening period started on Wednesday 16th July and runs until Sunday 27th July, with an array of exclusive opening events and special offers for visitors to enjoy and experience at the UK’s coolest new location, extended over a dedicated two weeks this July.
Located in a premium position at the gateway to the Cotswolds, the aesthetic of the new outlet reflects and reinforces the heritage and rural landscape of the surrounding region and is a ‘must visit’ this summer.
With a hand-picked selection of curated retailers, including prestigious stores from BOSS and Rituals through to Hobbs and The Body Shop, the outlet also has a number of local businesses showcased, including KNEAD Bakery and The Patisserie Box, offering irresistible treats.
Designed with the whole family in mind, the mall features both indoor and outdoor play areas, accessible family changing facilities, and a dedicated approach to pooches, plus the onsite Guest Services Hub, where you’ll be greeted by knowledgeable team members, ready to ensure your experience is enjoyable every step of the way, as you explore the new stores and sit back and soak up the atmosphere.
The retail mecca has been many years in the making, a long-term vision to bring forward an exceptional retail-led experience and a vibrant shopping and dining offer at its heart. With 200 Degrees Coffee bringing you the coolest brews and Zizzi’s Italian restaurant with delicious Italian food with a twist to surprise and delight all tastes, plus a selection of great restaurants and coffee shops.
The contemporary new development nestled in the stunning North Gloucestershire countryside, is easily accessible from the M5 motorway via Junction 9, where you immediately see the stunning venue as you join the A46. Offering ample parking spaces and providing an extended bank of EV charging stations, it’s the perfect pit stop. At weekends and bank holidays, a newly introduced shuttle bus service will operate every 30 minutes from the centre of the nearby town of Tewkesbury, also calling at the local railway station at Ashchurch.
