Toni Lee's Carpenters Songbook at The Roses Theatre
Thursday 25 March 2027
As seen on ITV's Stars In Their Eyes, Toni Lee is "mesmerising" and "utterly unique" in how she draws you in, captivating you with her uncanny yet natural vocal likeness to the late Karen Carpenter.
Backed by a full live band and backing singers, Toni Lee recreates that iconic sound 'like no other' and delivers authenticity with every note.
Toni Lee Sings The Carpenters Songbook has been touring the UK for several years with a recent sell-out show at London's West End Adelphi Theatre.
A full two-hour show is accompanied by nostalgic visuals and features all those many classics such as Close To You, We've Only Just Begun, Top Of The World, Please Mr Postman, Only Yesterday, Rainy Days and Mondays, Goodbye To Love and many more.
A show not to be missed especially for those 'Hardcore Fans' – you are promised a wonderful trip down memory lane, just like it was Only Yesterday...
The Roses offers a wide variety of performances, including fantastic tribute acts and stage show musicals. A great night out at the theatre awaits at The Roses, Tewkesbury's favourite entertainment venue.
