Bee Day takes place at Rococo Garden on Friday 30 May as a special event during the popular Buzzly Bee’s Busy Trail running throughout May half term.
This family-friendly celebration of bees and pollinators gives visitors the chance to enjoy a fascinating live observation hive with expert beekeepers, offering an up-close look at the busy world of bees.
Families can take part in a fun and interactive bee quiz, colouring activities for younger visitors and hands-on beeswax candle rolling during the day.
Adults can enjoy mead and honey tastings, while visitors of all ages can listen to informative bee talks explaining the vital role pollinators play in the natural environment.
A cosy reading corner offers a quieter space for children to relax and enjoy bee-themed stories as part of the celebrations.
