BRB2: Carlos Acosta's Ballet Celebration – Diaghilev & the Birth of Modern Ballet sees BRB2, the second company of Birmingham Royal Ballet, embark on its fourth UK tour in 2026.
Described as pinsharp and personality laden by The Daily Telegraph, BRB2 brings together some of the world’s finest young dancers, representing the international stars of the future.
Carlos Acosta’s Ballet Celebration was created especially for BRB2, featuring highlights from the repertory of Serge Diaghilev’s influential troupe of dancers, musicians and designers who reshaped the course of modern ballet.
The programme includes works such as The Firebird, Le Spectre de la rose, Les Biches, Les Sylphides and Scheherazade, reflecting a legacy that continues to inspire the world of dance.
